respect to your privacy. The information you enter will not be disclosed to any outside organization

Shipping & Returns
All orders are shipped using Canada Post. For specific shipping requests, please email us at
hello@iso.fm.
Free local pickup is also available in downtown Toronto and Montreal. You will be contacted via
email after your order is ready to arrange a pickup time.
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged or was lost in the mail.
How do pre-orders work?
Pre-orders are now closed! At this time production of the items has begun and should take a couple
weeks to finalize. Weโll reach out with updates regarding production and when the items will be
shipped out.
Why is shipping taking so long?
We ship with Canada Post. Postal workers are trying their hardest to deal with the increase in
volume and deliver packages on time. Please be patient and your order will arrive within 4 weeks
from the date the item is shipped. If more than 4 weeks has passed, please hit us up at:
